BlowBG - AI-Powered Background Remover

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BlowBG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlowBG provides an AI-powered background removal tool that processes images uploaded by users. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By uploading images to BlowBG, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the background removal service.

You must not upload images that are illegal, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, contain personal data of others without consent, or violate any applicable law.

4. Image Processing & Storage

Uploaded images are processed automatically by our AI system. Images are not stored permanently on our servers and are deleted shortly after processing is complete. We do not use your images to train AI models.

5. Credits System

The Service operates on a credit system. Free preview downloads do not consume credits. HD downloads consume one credit per image. Credits obtained through referrals are subject to our fair-use policy and may be revoked if abuse is detected. Credits are non-refundable unless required by local law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
Use automated scripts to bulk-process images beyond normal usage
Impersonate another person or entity
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlowBG shall not be liable for any indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
