BlowBG ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use our Service at blowbg.com.
Images are transmitted to our servers solely to perform background removal. They are processed in memory and are not stored permanently. Images are automatically deleted after processing. We do not use your images to train AI models.
We collect anonymized usage statistics (page views, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This data does not identify you personally.
We collect and temporarily store your IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention purposes, using Redis with a short TTL. IP addresses are not shared with third parties. IP addresses are used exclusively for security and load balancing purposes and are not used to build user profiles.
If you use our referral program, an anonymous token is stored in your browser's localStorage. No email address or account is required. Referral activity (click counts, conversion counts) is stored in Redis and is not linked to personal identity.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

BlowBG operates globally. To provide the Service, your data (such as uploaded images for processing) may be transmitted to and processed on servers located outside of your country of residence, including but not limited to the United States and Singapore, where our service providers (Vercel and Upstash) maintain their infrastructure. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer and processing of data, which is conducted under the security and privacy protections described in this Policy.
We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage only to persist your referral token and credit count between sessions. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings. We may use essential functional cookies required for the basic operation of the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Uploaded images: deleted immediately after processing. IP-based rate limit data: expires automatically after a short period (typically 24 hours). Referral token data: retained until manually cleared or the Redis key expires.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not collect identifying personal data (no accounts, no emails), most requests can be fulfilled by clearing your browser localStorage. As we do not link usage data to real-world identities or email addresses, we may be unable to identify or delete specific records upon request unless you provide your unique referral token for manual lookup.
